1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using ServerBuddy ("the Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Software.

2. License Grant

Upon payment, Prabu Software grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use ServerBuddy on your personal devices. This license includes:

• Installation on multiple personal devices you own
• One year of free updates from purchase date
• Continued use of your version after the update period

3. License Restrictions

You may NOT:

• Share, sell, or distribute your license key
• Reverse engineer or modify the Software
• Use the Software for illegal activities
• Remove copyright notices or branding
• Use one license across multiple organizations

4. Payment Terms

Initial Purchase

The initial purchase price of $59 includes:

• Full version of ServerBuddy
• 12 months of updates and new features
• Email support

Renewal

After the first year, you may:

• Continue using your current version indefinitely
• Purchase update access for $29/year

5. Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for any reason. Please try the free version before purchasing to ensure ServerBuddy meets your needs.

6. Privacy and Security

ServerBuddy:

• Stores all server data locally on your device
• Does not transmit passwords or SSH keys
• Does not collect usage analytics
• Only contacts our servers for license validation

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

8. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL PRABU SOFTWARE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION.

9. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Securing your server credentials
• Ensuring you have permission to access servers
• Compliance with all applicable laws
• Backing up your server configurations

10. Support

Support is provided via email during the license period. We strive to respond within 48 hours but do not guarantee response times.

11. Termination

We may terminate your license if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, you must stop using the Software and delete all copies.

12. Updates and Changes

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of India.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Prabu Software regarding ServerBuddy and supersede all prior agreements.
